Most platforms can tell you who logged in, clicked or posted. Kindred is designed to ask a different question: did the relationships continue after the guided journey ended?

Optional answers about each person in the Circle at 7, 30 and 90 days after handoff. Self-reported, not verified.

Observed vs self-reported
In-app behaviour and participant reports are labelled separately, and self-reports are capped so a few cannot tip readiness.
Unanswered stays unanswered
Skipped answers stay unanswered, never counted as no.
Small-cell suppression
Organisation rates need at least 10 respondents across at least 2 Circles. Otherwise: insufficient cohort size.
Versioned decisions
Every engine decision is logged with the frozen version that made it.

North star: independent relationship persistence.
Our intended measure is whether contact continues without Kindred, and how long a Circle takes to reach independence. We will refine both against real outcomes before treating either as a standard.
These are reported and observed evidence of contact. They are not causal proof, and not an objective measure of friendship quality.
